WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please notify me prior to 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will lead to a 50.00 charge to you.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I accept Excellus insurance as well as cash, check, most credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA accounts. I do offer a sliding scale for those who qualify due to economic hardships and income. Payments are always due at the time of your appointment.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

As a client of mine, therapy is your choice. You may always opt to end services. If you are dissatisfied or have a concern, please feel free to speak to me directly. I will assist you with a referral to another therapist if applicable. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Currently I am only providing telehealth services through video.
